Snow Day!

Yesterday a whole lot of that cold white stuff arrived. I don't really like it, as it's cold, but my parents were playing out in it, so I had to supervise.

As well as all this white stuff to deal with, there were also lots of people in my house, ruining my plans for a night on the sofa with saturday night TV and a glass of Vino.

I did get admired lots though, which is understandable. I also got lots of nibbles, carrots were my favourite I think.

All the excitement of the last 24 hours has taken its toll, I think today will be spent on mum's lap. Perfect.

My Girl Gang

While walking with some friends, I totally forgot about my small stature and was giving the bigger girls a run for their money on the stick front!
I couldn't quite keep up with them though, something to do with my wee legs I think....

It was soooooooo much fun, that when I stopped to get a breather I realised I was drooling very badly.
That was embarrassing!

Countryside fun

I have recently spent some time at my country pile, I can run and bark as much as I want up there with now busy roads in my way. I don't see much wildlife, I don't think they like my voice!

After our fun adventures, Archie and I were
 VERY VERY tired.....zzzzzzzzzz

My ride...

Although I do have a driver, sometimes it nice to drive the open road by myself.

Me and Daisy

Daisy and I are very good friends.

We go to watch Rugby together, although sometimes the games aren't as interesting as the other dogs that go along to watch.

My uncle Rory and cousin Daisy

Uncle Rory, the most fascinating of my friends. He doesn't play much, as he is an old man, but I like to sit and listen to his stories of the old'n days, and try to catch his tail as it is much longer than mine..and hairier!
I like going to his house as I get gravy bones (they're Rory's favourites) and when he eats his tea he sometimes gets food stuck in his ears that I can nibble on later. It's GREAT!

Daisy isn't my biological cousin, as you can tell, but she is a very close friend!
She came to stay for two weeks recently, which was great fun, but I got very tired as we played all day everyday! Daisy likes her food, sometimes I have to give her a row as she gets a bit too close to my dinner. She is younger than me, by 3 months, I try to be a good role model for her, but sometimes she just doesn't listen.
My favourite thing about Daisy is her big ears!

Until next time darlings...

My Archie

He is a little sensitive, but I still love him lots. I do have to tell him to 'man-up' sometimes though. He really doesn't like the cold and wet. But then he doesn't have a thick coat like mine, so I guess he wouldn't.

I am Pomme....

Hello,
I am pomme. I live in Morningside in Edinburgh, a very posh part of the city (it's where I belong). I have a very busy social life, lunching with my girlfriends, barking at the neighbours and hanging out with my gay best friend, Archie.

Today has been a quiet day because of the horrible weather outside, but I have helped with the hoovering and baking apple muffins! I hope to enjoy a few of these this evening...when my mum isn't looking.

On Monday I was out for lunch with my mum and my friend Bindi. She is a cavalier king charles; she is younger than me so I show her the ropes when we are on our walks.

Tomorrow I am going to spend the day with Archie, we'll probably hang out at night, watch a bit of x-factor with a glass of fizz. That's how I roll!

Until next time darlings..
